Memberships do not guarantee availability of courts, events, or services at all times.
Assumption of Risk & Sports Injury Disclaimer
Participation in pickleball and other physical activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to:
- Slips, falls, collisions, and physical exertion
- Equipment failure or misuse
- Injuries ranging from minor strains to serious bodily harm
By using the Site, booking a reservation, attending an event, or participating in activities at Texas Pickle Hall, you acknowledge and voluntarily assume all risks associated with physical activity.
Texas Pickle Hall is not responsible for injuries, accidents, or health conditions arising from participation, except where required by applicable law.
Participants are responsible for:
- Assessing their own fitness and health conditions
- Following posted rules and staff instructions
- Using equipment properly
Waivers and Facility Rules
Participation in activities at Texas Pickle Hall may require execution of additional waivers, releases, or acknowledgments, either digitally or in person.
